Motivation Help

Here's some motivation help from Women's Health my friend Sue sent me. There are some really great tips for staying motivated, including the first one which is my favorite!

  1. Thanks for the list of motivation tips. All very needed after I saw pics of me on the beach this past weekend. I read your new profile off to the side and really appreciate your new perspective of being healthy. I want that too for me. That is why my commitment will be to start doing stretching and yoga on a daily basis and drinking water. (Nancy)
